Directors meeting and time to carry out the responsibilities. Your commitment is for one year, to the next AGM. All positions are voluntary.
The purposes of the society are:

(b) To promote understanding of the new Chinese society, its institutions and objectives;
(c) To promote cultural, educational, athletic and other exchanges between Canada (and specifically Vancouver Island) and the People's Republic of China; and
(d) To raise funds to promote and develop the aims and objectives of the society.

or Ling lingshenw@gmail.com if you have any other questions.
See you at the AGM and on the Board of Directors.
